Introduction:
The Executive Diploma in Maintenance Management was designed
by maintenance practitioners for maintenance practitioners.
This program meets the needs of area industries by focusing
on different maintenance philosophies, strategies, and work
processes, as well as the latest maintenance management
tools.

Duration and Mode of Programme.
This programme is run on a part time basis. One module each
month over a period of twelve months. Classes are conducted
only on weekends. A project (on area of specialization) will
be assigned to each participant. Assessment methods are
based on Post Module Assignments.

Courses are targeted to individuals responsible for
maintenance management, including maintenance managers,
maintenance supervisors, lead people, planners, schedulers,
dispatchers, storeroom supervisors, charge man, safety
officers, technicians and all those that are involved in the
day to day aspects of your organization maintenance
functions.
Entry Requirements.
Degree holder with 1 year working experience.
Diploma holder with 1 years working experience.
STPM holder with 3 years working experience.
SPM holder with 5 years working experience.
Certificate Awarding Body
This Executive Diploma is awarded by Universiti Teknologi
Malaysia.
The Executive Diploma in Maintenance Management will be
awarded by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia to candidate who
have successfully attended all the 12 modules, pass the post
modules assessment and have satisfactorily completed the
in-company project.
Program structure:
This part-time programme is made up of 12 modules and 1
in-company projects, 20 contact hours and to be completed in
12 months.
There is no examination but the student is required to
complete the post module assignment (PMA) after completing
every module.
The program is run during weekends only at BATC or any other
centre arranged by CWORKS SYSTEMS BERHAD.

After completing the program the students will be awarded by
University Technology Malaysia and the type of awards as
below
Executive Award – completed 3 modules with PMA
Executive Certificate – completed 6 modules with PMA
Executive Diploma – completed 12 modules with 1 project
