The Board of Directors of CWorks wishes to announce that the Company has proposed to amend its Articles of Association (the "Proposed Amendments") for the purpose of complying with Chapter 7 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the MESDAQ Market.

The Proposed Amendments are subject to shareholders' approval at the Fifth Annual General Meeting ("5th AGM") to be convened.

Details of the Proposed Amendments together with the Notice of 5th AGM will be dispatched to the shareholders in due course.
