CWORKS wishes to announce that the Company and ECM Libra Avenue Securities Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Avenue Securities Sdn Bhd) ("ECMLAV") have mutually agreed not to renew the listing sponsor services of ECMLAV which expires on 9 May 2007 ("Expiry Date"). The Board of Directors of the Company will appoint a replacement sponsor prior to the Expiry Date and make the relevant announcement.
