Work order	Provides the ability to view and manage all maintenance activities. It provides an accurate basis for work order costing, analysis and management of site activities. Work order module is integrated with the Planned Maintenance module in order to integrate scheduled preventive. Preventive	Preventive maintenance (PM) master and schedule specifies work to be performed based on an elapsed time interval.	Schedule Preventive Work orders. Able to schedule 3 types of PM’s for Time based on scheduled or actual completion. Accommodate multiple time scheduling segregations. Schedule different scheduling frequencies types. Able to forecast PM’s before generating the work orders and export to MS Excel. In PM task list, user able to assign labour, tools, craft, personal protective equipment (PPE), additonal equipment, additional notes, material and safety instructions to a task. Report	CWorks provides detail reports on equipment, work and resource productivity. Report features allow visibility and communications of your maintenance management data to your entire enterprise. Our reports sort by date, time, location, category, people, department and status.	Suite of reports grouped by assets, locations, work orders etc. Fast screen based filter and search list reports for fast reporting. Ability to export to XLS, DOC, PDF, ODS, ODP and ODT formats. Report are created by utilizing Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT).
Purchasing	CWorks purchase order management features allows better tracking of spares and consumables. From tracking purchase order across multiple sites to spares receipt tracking, CWorks adds accessibility and visibility to spares management information.	Track information on request, orders, purchases and receipt. Track purchase orders by vendor and requester. Able to track the approval status. Goods receipt note integrated with Material module. Able to capture Discounts, Taxes, GST & Freight Charges. Support Multiple currencies. Print Purchase Order on “Base Currency” or “Foreign Currency”. Administration	Similar to the employee module, it allows configuring the authentication and accessibility levels of users.	Able to set accessibility by users by individual modules.
