WORK REQUEST MODULE/COMPLAINT
WEB FORM
Work Request is a way for
non-maintenance personnel to raise or highlight
problems to the maintenance department. It is
a simplified Work Order screen for use by personnel
who are not day to day users of the system.
For any work to be carried out, a work order
is generated from the request module.
This is a convenient
way as it assists users to easily raise work
requests from their web browser. There is also
the option to provide customers with a simplified
web-based complaint form which will be raised
as a Work Request.
