Sponsor
The CWorks Aware Sweepstakes is sponsored by CWorks Systems Berhad, Block G1 & G2, UPM-MTDC Technology Incubation Centre One, Lebuh Silikon, University Putra Malaysia, 43400 Serdang, Selangor, Malaysia.

Period
The Sweepstakes begins 0:00 Eastern Time on Dec 1st 2007 up to 24:59 Eastern Time on July 31st 2008.

How to Enter
The Sweepstakes are open to www.cworks.com.my visitors. To enter, each Visitor (Entrant) is to introduce their friends and colleagues (Referral) to CWorks Free software by emailing our readymade referral form to the Referral. The Entrant is required to provide a legitimate email address and country in the referral form. Any falsification of an email address and/or Country would disqualify the entry for this Sweepstakes.

Who Are Eligible
All visitors during the sweepstakes period who register their referrals through CWorks referral form are eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing when their Referrals download CWorks Free or purchase products from the website www.cworks.com.my during the sweepstakes period.

One (1) entry to the Grand Prize Drawing is given to an Entrant for each Referral that downloads CWorks Free or purchases any CWorks products. When downloading or purchasing, the Referral will be asked for their email address. For the Entrant to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing, the Referral has to use the same Referral’s email address as used in the referral form. The higher the number of Referrals that result in downloads or purchases would entitle the Entrant to a higher number of entries. One entry for Entrant per referral only. Self referrals or Entrant referring to themselves are disallowed and result in disqualifying the entry.

All Sponsor’s staffs, employees or representatives are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.

Prizes
Grand Prize Draw:

1st Prize: 1 (One) x Leeds Castle Holiday Package for one (1), prize inclusive of one(1) two-way air fares from the winner’s nearest International Airport to Maidstone, London + 3 days 2 nights stay in selected hotel + Leeds Castle Tour.

2nd Prize: 1 (One) x Kauai Back Country Adventure Package for one (1), prize inclusive of one(1) two-way air fares from winner’s nearest International Airport to Kauai, Hawaii + 3 days 2 nights stay in selected hotel in Hawaii + Kauai Back Country entry ticket.

10 x 3rd Prizes: CWorks PLUS CMMS without source codes, English Version.

Prizes above are the proposed prizes and the Sponsor may offer an alternative prize of similar or comparable value if the prizes could not be secured at the discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred. The air fare would be based on the most restricted fare with no refund value and the tickets are not exchangeable for cash. Winners are solely responsible for other costs, taxes or fees chargeable other than the mentioned offer. If the Sponsor is unable to contact the selected winner within 7 days, the Winner may be disqualified and an alternative Winner will be selected. The Sponsor reserves the right to determine the dates of the holiday and adventure packages. Should the Winners fail to utilize the packages at the offered dates, the packages are deemed forfeited. The Sponsor will not entertain any claim for replacement, refund, exchange or any related claim made by the winners.

Drawing
There shall be a single Grand Prize Draw in August 2008. All draws will be conducted randomly from all the eligible and valid entries received during the sweepstakes period. All draws shall be conducted by the Sponsor and/or independent judging organization appointed by the Sponsor.

There shall be a single Grand Prize Draw and there will only be a total of 13 prizes given during the Grand Prize Draw.

Entrant Responsibility
The Entrant takes full responsibility on referrals provided and Sponsor shall not be liable on any legal or non-legal issues arising from the introduction of referrals by the Entrant.

Release/Indemnification
By participating in the Sweepstakes, the Winner of any Grand Prize agrees to keep harmless the administrator, sponsor and their respective parent companies and their affiliates, agencies, their officers, directors, agents and any other entities involved in organizing this sweepstakes from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of any kind including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, defamation on the rights of publicity and privacy. Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold them harmless from and against any claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any liabilities, costs and expenses. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages including but not limited to damages contributed by (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors resulting from servers, providers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage- due to undeliverable mail; (e) errors in administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt/use of any prize.

Publicity
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Winner also consents to Sponsor's and its respective designees use of Winner's name, photograph, voice, biographical information, and likeness in any and all media for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration, except as prohibited by law. Upon request the winner shall provide written consent to such use.

General Conditions
Administrator reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if intervening circumstances warrant, within Administrator's sole discretion due to any reason including, but not limited to, fraud, virus or other technical problem, which corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstake. In such event, Administrator reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law; should such an attempt be made, Administrator and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Administrator shall have the sole discretion, in case of dispute as to the owner of an eligible entry, to determine identify of the owner of the eligible entry. Likewise, in the event of a dispute as to the owner of an eligible entry, Administrator may, within its sole discretion disqualify said entry.

Privacy
Information collected from entrants shall be used only for the purpose of the Sweepstakes judging and to notify the winners, and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by Administrator or any third parties unless entrant has elected to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsor or a third party. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to all the terms and conditions of Sponsor's Privacy Policy which can be viewed on our website.

Disputes
Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Malaysia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Administrator in connection with the Sweepstake, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Malaysia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Law of the Malaysian Government.

Sweepstakes Results and Official Rules
The Sponsor shall publish the list of winners after they are notified and the Official Rules at their website www.cworks.com.my.
