Their range of services includes Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation, Insulation and Refractory along with Fabrication works.

Having delivered more than 45 Power Plants, 120 Fired Heaters, Reformers and Crackers and more than 30 Cement Plants with a combined capacity in excess of 100,000 MT / day, they are rated as one of the globally recognized and reputed contractors in this sector.

To deliver on these mega constructions, KazStroyService deploys huge amount of construction equipment including movers and cranes.

Ensuring the reliability of these vast arrays of physical assets is critical to KazStroyService business continuity. Due to the geographical spread of projects, ensuring availability of preventive maintenance spares becomes quite complex. There was a real need to reduce on spares waiting times.

To improve their spares control, KazStroyService installed a computerized maintenance management system from CWorks. There were a few challenges faced in the deployment of the system. One particular challenge was that computer operating systems in Kazakhstan were in the Russian language. This affected slightly the installation of the CMMS into the company's servers but the CWorks KSS project team managed to overcome these international type challenges and deployed the CMMS including training smoothly.

Continuing the installation with support services, KazStroyService maintenance spares tracking is now computerized, smooth and no longer dependent on rigid, non-productive spreadsheets/pen and paper systems that is not geographically friendly.
